2. Use of Our Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
3. Digital Products & License
All videos, songs, images, and other digital content created by Furever Films are provided for your personal use only.
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, share, and enjoy your purchased content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Ownership of the final edited work remains with Furever Films.
4. Sharing Your Tribute
You may share your Furever Films video on social media or personal websites provided that:
The video is shared in its original, unedited form
Furever Films is credited where possible
The content is not used for commercial purposes or third-party promotion
5. Furever Tracks Music & AI-Generated Content
Furever Tracks includes custom songs and music videos created using a combination of human creative direction and artificial intelligence tools, including Suno AI.
By purchasing a Furever Tracks product, you acknowledge that:
Music may be generated using AI-assisted technology.
Lyrics, story concepts, editing, and final production are customized by Furever Films.
Songs are created for personal enjoyment, remembrance, and tribute purposes.
Upon purchase, customers may download, view, store, and share their Furever Films videos and Furever Tracks songs on personal websites and social media accounts for non-commercial purposes.
Furever Films does not guarantee copyright registration eligibility or exclusive ownership rights beyond the license granted by the AI music platform used to create the content.
6. Customer Materials
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other materials you provide.
By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and share them and authorize Furever Films to use them for creating your tribute project.
Furever Films will never sell your submitted materials.
7. Marketing Permission
Upon purchase, you grant Furever Films permission to use your completed tribute, photos, videos, song excerpts, or project materials for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes.
8. Payment, Delivery & Refunds
Full payment is required before production begins.
Estimated delivery times:
Furever Tracks, Furever Shorts and Furever Films Videos: approximately 10–15 business days once all provided user generated material is received.
Digital keepsakes: approximately 2–3 business days once all provided user generated material is received.
Please allow several additional days for free shipping time of any physical keepsakes.
Because all projects are custom-created and personalized, all sales are final once production has begun.
If a technical delivery issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
9. Emotional Experience Disclaimer
Furever Films creates tribute content intended to celebrate and honor beloved pets and animals.
Individual emotional responses vary. We do not guarantee any specific emotional outcome, including comfort, closure, healing, or relief from grief.
Our services are creative products and are not therapy, counseling, or mental health services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furever Films shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
