1. Eligibility

2. Use of Our Website
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, violate any laws, or interfere with its operation.
3. Digital Products & License
When you purchase a tribute video or other digital content (“Digital Products”), you and your immediate family members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Ownership of the Digital Products is not transferred.
4. Sharing on Social Media
You may share your Furever Films video on social media or personal websites provided that:
The video is shared in its original, unedited form
Furever Films is credited where possible
The content is not used for commercial purposes or third-party promotion
5. Payment, Delivery & Refunds
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Most tribute videos are delivered within 10–15 business days, provided required materials are submitted on time. Digital keepsakes are usually delivered in 2–3 business days. Please allow several extra days for free shipping on custom magnets or vinyl headshot stickers.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Emotional Experience Disclaimer
Furever Films creates tribute content with care and compassion. However, emotional responses to memorial content are personal and vary by individual. We do not guarantee any specific emotional outcome, including comfort, closure, or relief from grief. Our services are creative in nature and are not therapeutic or counseling services.
7. Intellectual Property
Furever Films owns the copyright to the final edited tribute video as a whole. You retain ownership of the original materials you provide (such as photos or videos). Your use of the final video is subject to the license in these Terms.
8. User Content
By submitting photos, videos, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant Furever Films permission to use them to create your tribute and for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furever Films is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
