Q: What pets do you make tributes for?

A: Any pet in life or in memory! While we specialize in horses, cats, and dogs, we welcome tributes for all animals.

Q: What’s included in a tribute video?

A: Photos, video clips, and personal text or quotes. There are 2 different available formats (9:16 and 16:9) and lengths (just under a minute for the Furever Shorts video and two minutes for the Furever Films video). You also can choose one additional keepsake offering with your Furever Shorts video and two keepsakes with your Furever Films video selection.

Q: How do I get started?

A: We recommend emailing us at contact@fureverfilms.com for an initial free consultation or order directly through our shop.

Q: How many photos OR VIDEOS should I send?

A: Ideally 15–20 photos or short videos for the under a minute Furever Shorts portrait videos and 25–30 for the two minute Furever Films videos. We’ll guide you from there.

Q: Can I choose the music?

A: While we offer a recommended licensed track heard in the posted samples, we do have a few licensed alternatives that also fit the tribute’s tone.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Tribute videos usually take about 10–15 days from when we receive your assets. Digital keepsakes are usually ready in 2–3 days. Allow up to a week for the custom magnets that include free shipping.

Q: What format will I receive?

Videos: HD MP4 files (landscape or portrait depending on package you select)

Keepsakes: High-resolution JPEG or PNG files for printing

Wallpapers: Screen-ready JPEG or PNG files (16:9 & 9:16)

Magnets: Two 2” magnets, ideal for any magnetic surface

Q: Do you ship products?

A: Everything but the custom magnets are digital and downloadable. Allow up to a week for the custom magnets that include free shipping.

Q: Can I add personal text or quotes?

A: Definitely. Many include names, dates, or special sayings.

Q: What if my photos aren’t great quality?

A: Our editors can improve to some degree most images and videos.
